T-REX THEATER

Home to the largest screen in Vermont! Events that take place in the T Rex Theater range from movies on the big screen to live concerts and dynamic performances. With flexible capabilities, the space can go from blockbuster movies to jam bands in no time. Dolby engineering means that the acoustic quality in the space is perfect for concerts, and you hear the performance exactly how the musician intended it: directly from their instrument. And, with 400 plush red seats, audience members can enjoy their entertainment experience in comfort and style.

THE GREEN

The Double E Performance Center has been presenting events on The Green of The Essex Experience since 2018. Typically the center of community events during the warmer months, The Green's capabilities have expanded with the arrival of a historic barn originally built in 1796. The barn, which was transplanted to our campus in Spring 2021, functions as an outdoor stage and gathering place. We hope to continue the life and legacy of this storied structure, which has played an early role in Vermont’s history and will continue to do so in the music community.
