On Track offers one on one personalized training and small group training to help you achieve physical health and improve your performance in everyday and extraordinary activities. Our philosophy is rooted in four pillars of health. Optimal physical health is achieved when these pillars are in balance and meet the standards of human movement and performance. They Offer one-on-one training as well as small group training.
On Track are experts—working to uncover the root cause of an injury and correct the underlying cause. From there, they work with you on prevention and avoiding any further damage from your initial injury.
They treat a range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries, from tendonitis to post-surgery rehabilitation. We perform a biomechanical analysis on all of our patients. This may include a video analysis, muscle imbalance testing, flexibility testing and a functional movement assessment. Talk to them and we will work with you to customize a plan.
